Return Timelines

Returns Within 60 Days

Items must be dropped off and scanned by the carrier within 60 days of purchase

Eligible for a refund to the original form of payment or store credit

Returns After 60 Days*

Eligible for store credit only, up to one year from the purchase date

Guest checkout orders are only eligible for returns within 60 days and refunds to the original form of payment

Return Policy Requirements

Merchandise must be returned within 60 days in new condition

Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and unwashed

All original packaging, tags, seals, and security tags must be intact

Footwear must be returned with the original shoe box, undamaged and without shipping labels or tape

Final Sale items are not eligible for return

Why: Initiates eligibility review and refund processing

Log into your account and access Order History within 60 days of delivery

Select your refund option:

Store credit or original form of payment

Guest checkout orders are limited to original payment refunds

Repack items in original packaging (no labels or tape on product packaging)

Choose a UPS return option (QR code or printable label)

Drop the return package at a UPS location

Refund Processing Timeline

Fast Refunds

For eligible orders, refunds are issued once the return is scanned by the carrier

Processing Times

Store credit: up to 24 hours

Banks & credit cards: up to 10 business days

Afterpay: up to 20 business days

PayPal: up to 30 business days

Some refunds may take up to 30 days, depending on the payment provider.

Additional Refund Terms

Guest checkout refunds are issued only to the original form of payment

Refunds will not exceed the amount paid at the time of purchase

If refunded items are not received:

A reminder email is sent after 30 days

After 45 days, the item value may be charged back to the original payment method
